The friendships and connections you make through sport are just as important for your wellbeing. Being active with a friend gives you a built-in support network, someone to chat to, and a reminder that you’re not doing it alone.
 
This October, in support of Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re inviting you to join our movement challenge! Each week we’ll share a fun, easy movement challenge you can do with a friend — no matter your fitness level.
