Halloween Pre-Orders:

Our spooktacular Halloween range is available  for pre-order! Orders will begin shipping from Monday, 20th October. To make sure everything arrives together, your order will be sent as one parcel once your Halloween items are ready to ship. We can’t wait for you to get your hands on these limited-edition pieces. Your order will be packed and ready for a frightfully fun delivery in no time!

For postal orders, we use Australia Post :-

  • For Standard Postal Services, Queensland orders should arrive within 3-8 business days after dispatch and Express Post please allow 1-3 working days.
  • All other states please allow 3-8 business days delivery.
  • Please note Australia Post volumes increase  during December so please place your order early to avoid disappointment.
  • International orders will depend on the destination but typically orders arrive with 21 days of dispatch. Please note that local tariffs and duties incurred from international parcels will be for the receivers account.

We send parcels with authority to leave in a safe place without signature, if there is no safe place a card may be left for you to collect from an alternate collection point. All deliveries are made on working business days (no week-ends or holidays). Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

Following new US tariff requirements, Australia Post has temporarily suspended parcel shipping to the United States. This means we are unable to ship IMPI orders to the US for the time being. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
