Community Running Event | Indemnity, Release of Liability & Personal Waiver
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK & MEDICAL FITNESS
I acknowledge that participation in this community running event involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical exertion, dehydration, weather conditions, uneven surfaces, collisions, accidents, and the actions or negligence of others. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
I confirm that I am medically and physically fit to participate, have not been advised otherwise by a medical professional, and accept full responsibility for monitoring my condition. I consent to emergency medical treatment if required and understand that any medical costs are my responsibility.
RELEASE, INDEMNITY & PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and discharge the event organizer, sponsors, volunteers, officials, landowners, local authorities, and all associated persons or entities ("Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising from my participation, including injury, illness, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, damage, or legal costs arising from my participation or my actions. I understand that the organizer is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
MEDIA & LEGAL
By attending the event, you consent to photography and video being captured and used for promotional purposes. If you do not consent to this, please speak to the IMPI team on the day and we will arrange this with you.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the event is held.

By registering for and attending this event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must provide consent at the time of registration.
