IMPI Sportswear has been designed specifically for teens and pre-teens, so you may find the "fit" a bit smaller.
While its best to measure as per our size guide page, here are some more ways to work out your preferred size remembering everyone likes a slightly different "fit".
As a rough guide, our sizes are similar to the small ladies sizes 0-8. Bear in mind the bust/chest measurements will be slightly smaller for IMPI sizes as the product is designed for teenagers. To show this slight variation we have placed a T in front of the relevant ladies size.

We know its not always easy to purchase online, so we have provided some of our model's measurements to help you work out which size will fit you best. Most of our running models prefer a snug fit for the shorts, so have opted for a smaller size in the running shorts and a size up in the strappy crop.

*** CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES ***
To receive your parcels within Australia in time for Christmas, please place your order before 12 December and we suggest trackable parcel post option for all Dec shipments. Express parcels can still be sent on or before 19 December.
As we are super keen to get your order off to you as soon as possible, our orders are typically dispatched within 48hrsor next business day if placed on the week-end. During November and December this may be slightly longer. You will receive a shipping notification to your nominated email address once your parcel has been dispatched. If you have chosen trackable parcel post you will receive a tracking link with your shipping notification that you can use to trace your parcel.
BRISBANE DELIVERIES
We do offer local Brisbane deliveries based on post codes, however during November and December we will amend this to local collection from Indooroopilly Shopping Centre. Our pop up store will be based outside Target and H&M during this time. January - October will resume to local deliveries again.
For postal orders, we use Australia Post for all shipments:-
We send parcels with authority to leave in a safe place without signature, if there is no safe place a card may be left for you to collect from an alternate collection point. All deliveries are made on working business days (no week-ends or holidays). Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen parcels.

**NB** If you wish to track your parcel please ensure you choose the trackable parcel post option at checkout.
We suggest choosing trackable options as we will not be able to advise you on status of normal letter post shipments, we will be able to provide proof of shipment on these but cannot be responsible for late or lost parcels.
We understand mistakes happen so at Impi Sportswear we are more than happy to exchange garments due to incorrect fit or change of mind provided that the item is returned in the same condition it was received.
If you are not happy with your new Impi product, we will consider refunding or exchanging the item(s) provided the item has not been damaged.
Sale items however may not be returned or exchanged unless they have a manufacturing fault.
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or are returned more than 14days after purchase, can unfortunately not be refunded or exchanged."
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to a manufacturing fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@impisportswear.com.au and we will provide with the return address.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If your item was a fabulously generous gift from someone the refund will need to be directed through the purchaser so that we are able to process the refund to the purchaser directly, following their method of payment. OR offer you an exchange if you do not want to follow the refund procedure.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All customs duties and taxes are for the receivers account and are not calculated into shipping costs.
